Complete Transformation: 3-Bedroom House to Studio-Format Living
This project involved the comprehensive redevelopment of a standard 3-bedroom house in Birmingham into a high-yielding, 6-studio format property. By reconfiguring the internal layout and extending into the roof space, we maximised every inch of the property, creating individual ensuite rooms designed for modern, self-contained living.
Each studio was finished to a high standard, offering tenants both privacy and comfort. The interiors were completely refurbished, from flooring to fixtures, ensuring that the new layout not only enhanced the overall space but also offered long-term durability. The design took into account the needs of today’s tenants, blending functionality with style to create a desirable living environment.
Following the transformation, we secured tenants for all six studios and structured the rental agreements with annual increments, ensuring steady growth in returns over time. This project illustrates how a thoughtful conversion can elevate a property’s value and provide reliable rental income, with the potential for future financial gains.
