Lords Associates will market the property, find a tenant/s for the time period required, arrange viewings, undertake a basic reference/s, complete the tenancy agreement, secure deposits and advanced rental. We will act as the link person between Landlord and Tenant until such time as the tenant moves in at which point, we will hand over to both parties contact information so that they can deal with one another direct.
Best suited for: those who have more time spare or live next-door to the property and have handymen or a new home.
