Step 1: Come in for a coffee

We realise that finding the right property can be an exciting and stressful time so to make the process easier for you we would like to meet you in order to organise the search around your schedule. We will also utilise this time to take down any specific requirements and discuss preferences. We are also able to offer out of hour’s services such as late evening or weekend viewings.

Step 2: Finding your new home

Our qualified and experienced staff are on hand to help with finding you a home. Being a closely knit agency we are able to deal with our clients on a one to one basis and once you become our client you will be appointed with a specialised member of our team who will be able to assist you directly through your search. Avoiding the dreariness of bringing a new member of staff up to speed each time you contact us.

We will constantly keep you up to date with properties that match your requirements, you can also opt into our SMS or email alerts service so that you never miss the latest available properties.

Step 3: What suits you?

We are able to offer short terms lets which can range from a period of 6 to 9 months. This may be the ideal solution for you if you're a student, visiting or simply looking for flexibility.

We also offer Corporate Services, so if you're an employer looking to find a property for your employees we can assist you.

Finally we offer Managed Properties, which can give you a complete peace of mind. If there are any concerns with maintenance, we will arrange for the work to be completed.

Step 4: Accompanied viewings

So that you can make the most out of your viewing and time, we will chauffeur you to your viewings and accompany you throughout to answer any questions immediately and offer advice where possible.

We like to work around a schedule that suits you, therefore we can arrange for viewings to take place during evenings and weekends.

Step 5: Making an offer

Once you have selected a property you will need to fill out a tenancy application. This will include details of references, contact information, tenancy details and other required paperwork. We will then communicate this offer to the landlord.

Step 6: Agreement

Once an offer has been accepted we will:

• Obtain references from you and any people you are moving in with
• Collect a deposit which usually includes rent and security deposit
• Carry out a check in and inventory
• Arrange the signing of the tenancy agreement

Step 7: Completion

Once the above is completed we will release the keys to you on the decided moving in day. If your landlord has opted for Property Management we will inform you of the contact details of your personal property manager.
